Is Your Brown Sugar Hard?

If you have hard brown sugar? Here's a tip I found on FOODIMENTARY. 'It is said that a terra cotta shard stored in a paper bag of Brown Sugar will keep it from getting hard'. Yea , but don't eat the terra cottra shard. That's what my hard brown sugar looks like.
